→Requirements
- Build, backtest and validate models for load forecasting, charge/discharge strategy optimisation or spot-bidding decisions, working with platform engineers through small-scale rollout
- clean and process real telemetry (SOC/SOH, cell temperature) and market data, producing reproducible experiment logs
- studying computer science, automation, electrical engineering, applied maths or statistics, MSc/PhD candidates preferred

→Requirements
- Lead sourcing, quotation comparison and supplier qualification for cells, PCS, EMS and structural parts, driving annual and project-level cost-down negotiations
- build and maintain an approved-supplier pool, running annual supplier reviews, capacity verification and lead-time management to avoid single-source risk
- align procurement plans with project delivery schedules and coordinate logistics/warehousing so materials land on site on time
- 3+ years of procurement in storage, renewables or power electronics, having led at least one cell/PCS/EMS sourcing or cost-down initiative

- Own day-ahead and intraday spot-bidding decisions across core markets such as Anhui, Zhejiang and Guangdong, designing and executing quantitative trading strategies while managing positions and deviation risk
- combine load forecasts, weather data and AI-assisted bidding recommendations with manual review to make the final call, continuously refining strategy and model inputs
- track spot-market rules, settlement details and policy changes across provinces, assessing impact on strategy and adjusting promptly

- coordinate EPC contractors, equipment suppliers and site owners/park operators, chairing project meetings and resolving on-site issues and risks as they arise
- manage grid-interconnection procedures and acceptance requirements, coordinating fire-safety and regulatory sign-off
- track budget execution, control change orders and cost overruns, and support settlement and after-sales handover
- 3+ years delivering C&I storage, solar or renewable-energy projects, having independently owned at least 1-2 storage or distributed-solar projects

Join the core team behind 「掌上微电网」(the MAGO platform family), building the full pipeline behind millisecond telemetry, closed-loop alarm-to-work-order flows and the spot-trading dashboard for a fleet of thousands of vertical liquid-cooled cabinets — the code you ship decides whether the 'transparent savings' line on a client's bill is accurate and on time.
→Requirements
- Design and build core modules of the 「掌上微电网」platform, spanning device-telemetry ingestion, time-series processing, alarm-to-work-order flows, billing/settlement and the trading dashboard
- own backend service and data-pipeline architecture, keeping millisecond-scale telemetry from thousands of devices flowing reliably with low latency
- contribute to front-end/visualisation work, turning SOC/SOH/cell-temperature data, spot prices and savings figures into dashboards and mobile experiences clients actually use
- partner with the algorithms team to integrate and tune load-forecasting and charge/discharge-optimisation models in production
- 3+ years of full-stack or backend development, fluent in at least one mainstream backend language (Go/Java/Python/Node.js) and a modern front-end framework (React/Vue)
- experience with time-series data processing, message queues (Kafka/MQTT, etc.) or IoT data ingestion is a strong plus
- comfortable with SQL and at least one NoSQL/time-series database (e.g. InfluxDB/TimescaleDB/ClickHouse)
